Standard Return Policy

 

We promise to obey the return policy when the item has  bellow problem.

Pls send the item back after we knowing your problem and tell  us what you want us to do.

1. Items are defective.

1) Return and full refund

A return request for a defective item must be made in the next 7 days from the day the package is received.

Client need to send the products back to us. When we receive the products,We will give an full refund.
2) Repair
Products with quality problem in 1 year(from the date products were received)can be returned and repaired.

Customer need to send the products back to us.

When we receive the products, we will repair and ship back to customer.

Items listed below are non-refundable

1.Items that manufacturers have stopping manufacturing.

2. Physically damaged items and defective items that have passed the warranty period.

 we can not provide refund service for you.  But you can return for repair.

 The shipping fees should be on the customers’ end.

Refund processing time

A refund request will be submitted before the refund is issued.

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process a refund request. The refund will be issued back to the source of payment.

Delivery and Sign


Please double check your shipping address before you confirm an order online. Any refund or compensation for orders delivered to the correct address but signed by others than the package receiver will not be honored.

Notice for shipping options:

After confirming to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail or EMS to return it and ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT or any other courier, because we can not get your return item, we will not responsible for that
